you labelled "whose car is this?" belongs to Michael Son, he's a fellow OKZCC member from our Tulsa chapter. His car won Street Modified class. His engine AFAIK has never been out of the engine bay. The older guy I was talking to in the garage is Reedy Maples. Reedy is a super friendly guy and is in the OKC chapter of the club. He has owned three generations of Z's the previous being a Z33, and he says his current Z32 is his favorite. Funny side story, he bought his Z (95 green NA) off of a privately owned used car lot (the kind with a 6ft chain link fence topped with barbed wire, and owned/operated by a real shrewd Iranian guy) in a working class suburb of OKC. The lot was 3 blocks away from my home and I had driven by it and looked as I passed it dozens of times. I was never interested enough to stop and look since I already had an NA at the time. Well he bought it, got the paint redone, cleaned it up a little (he swears only a little) and won 2nd place in the Stock class. It really looks like new. Talk about treasures in unexpected places! Okies also managed 1st and 3rd with 2 daytona blue 350's in that stock class, but those are easy, all you have to do is wipe away dust! We gave them each a slow golf clap.
